The London Legends defeated the Lancashire Legends 3-2 in a defacto postseason play-in-game last Sunday at Grovehill Ballpark. 

The London Legends offense was fueled by Jack McCarthy and Matt Moran, who homered in the contest. Pitchers Jack McCarthy and Daniel Gonzalez stifled the Lancashire bats to preserve the 3-2 win. 

The win gave the London Legends the 4th seed in the NBL playoffs, where they will face off against the reigning champion London Mets in the NBL semi-finals. 

The first pitch is scheduled for 3 PM (UK Time) on Saturday, Sept 4th. The NBL championship game will be Sunday, September 5th. All NBL playoff games will be played at Finsbury Park in London.
